Every client's hair growth, skin sensitivity, medical history, and goals are different, so the consultation allows time to fully understand your needs before beginning treatment. During your consultation, we may discuss: Hair growth history and concerns Previous hair removal methods Skin sensitivity and reactions Treatment goals and expectations Recommended treatment areas Session length recommendations Pre-and post-treatment care The consultation also provides an opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the electrolysis process, healing, timelines, and what to expect throughout your treatment journey. Whether you are seeking facial hair removal, treatment for ingrown hairs, support for hormonal hair growth, or gender-affirming care, consultations are designed to create a comfortable and supportive experience tailored to you. Consultations are complimentary and intended to help clients feel informed, confident, and cared for before starting treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To reserve your appointment, a $25 deposit is required for each service. This deposit goes toward your total treatment cost. We kindly request 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited. Please arrive on time so you can receive your full treatment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as each appointment is reserved specifically for you.
